Little VESPER
- Provision of the main conference room with required seating
- Writing set for the participants
- 1 projector, 1 flip chart, 1 pin board and a screen in the main conference room
- free WLAN
- free parking
- freshly brewed coffee specialities and a selection of teas as a welcome drink and during coffee breaks in the central coffee break area
- unlimited coffee, tea and still water on arrival and in the coffee breaks
- Vesper in the morning provided by the kitchen with fruits, candybar and various Granini juices
- lunch (lunch buffet or 3-course meal provided by the kitchen)
- Coffee break in the afternoon provided by the kitchen with with fruits, candybar and various Granini juices
Dinner
Your event takes place over several days or you would like to enjoy a delicious meal with your guests at the end of your conference? Then book an additional dinner for you and your guests.
- The dinner can be combined with the "small VESPER".
- Depending on the occupancy we serve a market-fresh dinner buffet or a 3-course menu at the choice of the kitchen.
